I was looking for a software to make my own personalized screensaver for free and my search took me to Screensaver Wonder. I must say that this piece of software is actually Wonder-ful because of its small size, user friendliness, simple to use help and a great end product (your screensaver).
Supports Windows 98, Me, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista
You can have your own personolized screensaver with your pwn flavor of music, photos, videos, logos in seven easy steps-
- Step 1 – prepare content for your screen saver.
- Step 2 – start new Screensaver Wonder project.
- Step 3 – add your images and music.
- Step 4 – enter screen saver information like title, author and copyrights.
- Step 5 – customize screen saver by changing options and special settings.
- Step 6 – preview and create screen saver.
- Step 7 – save screen saver project- You can save it as a distributable self install package to share with your friends.
If you plan for use on your own machine you can make as many screensavers as you want for free and enjoy but for commercial activities you should buy this from their website.

I was just digging up Youtube for something while I came across this excellent documentary. This gives an inside look of basic computer concepts, Boolean algebra, how computers used to look and work in 1969 and what Britishers used to think about Computers way back a generation away. It is a 3 part video- Worth watch! I am sure you will enjoy watching this.

If you are using email then probably SPAM word should not be new for you. Whether technically you are aware of it or not but you are getting spam emails almost daily, infact several times of the day. Thanks to all those spam guards employed by most of email service providers, enterprises (if you are using company email) and some ISP’s which block most of these unwanted nuisance emails otherwise we would be lost in the email world. Just guess in percentage how much spam actually flows on internet……30%,40%…???
Now see actual statistics-
According to a report by www.viruslist.com about 70-80%……yes 70-80% of the email traffic flowing on internet is actually spam. It means every 7-8 emails out of 10 emails are spam mails. Just think about the wastage of internet bandwidth!

Who does’nt like anything coming for free. And that too with a lot of value!
Recently, one of my friends asked me that he wanted a great Anti Virus for his PC which will make him worry free while on internet. But before I could recommend anything to him, he said-I don’t want a paid one, it should be free!
I recommended him AVG Free 8.0. Here is if you also need a Free Anti Virus and Anti Spyware.
AVG 8.0 Anti Virus & Anti Spyware Free Edition
Though, for myself I trust AVG paid version. But if FREE is more important, still AVG is the best than most of competitive products. No Offence intended!
I will keep adding more free and useful applications/utilities from time to time.
